Place to stay on Mallorca

Hi Pav community,
I have planned a cycling holiday with a friend at the end on October and we are searching for a place to stay. Can you recommend something, may it be hotel or AirBnB? What are good towns/villages to stay?

I only have one experience in Mallorca with the GCN Event in 2019, but the hotel Zafiro Palace Alcudia was wonderful and it was central to a lot of great riding, and walking distance to a beach, and nice restaurants, etc. In October I suspect the price will be quite good (as it will be with all of the hotels).Oh and they have a bike shop in the hotel!

Second for the Zafiro - agree 100% with Colin.

Unfortunately, that seems to shut down for winter the week we arrive.

For fun I just checked (since we were thinking of doing the same thing) and there is no notice of closing. Some of the other Zafiro hotels on the island do close. Be sure that you select the Zafiro Palace Alcudia.

Crazy that it would close! I guess it is not affordable to keep all open in off-season.

I can’t add anything on top of this, unfortunately. I used to just stay with my former business partner.
