Anyone watched the new GCN vid about losing weight - some stuff I already knew but there were a few surprises. Didn’t know what the measure of a calorie was actually based on. And I’ve heard the whole ‘your body will conserve energy after exercise so it doesn’t help you lose weight at all, thing. Of course it’s more nuanced than that as they say but some good bits and bobs In there.

& that just shows how bad my sweet tooth is
