Audible recommendations

Following from this feed: Sports Psychology / Book Recommendations

I wanted to start one specifically for Audible (or audiobooks). What’s your favourite? I would go with Chris Froome’s ‘The Climb’ or David Goggins ‘Can’t Hurt Me’.

Some good books here. Is the appeal just listening over reading, or is it more to do with being able to listen while outside training? Do people even ride outside listening to books or music?

I have 2hrs of committing each day so thats were audio books and podcast come in mostly for me. I do also listen on the trainer but that can depend on the session and how focused I wanted to be on what I’m listening too and how much I want to absorb from it.
