Thanks Pav !!! First time for me - and a last min decision but the 6 hour will be a good test for me and while I will have no ‘placing’ expectations whatsoever for me it will be a good mental test, a fueling strategy opportunity and set up generally. I have not used Wahoo RGT before - looks simple enough - but I do have a question on set ip - should I use ERG mode, or not ?
