I was watching video on youtube about recovery Gadget! and i saw Powerdot from therabody, anyone using it? would love to hear your feedback!

Jen, have you seen or used these powerdots? Funny as you posted about their other product the other day.

I actually do have a PowerDot. I don’t use it on a regular basis, which is probably why I didn’t mention it. I will occasionally use it on my quads and just busted it out a few days ago, but I don’t find it terribly useful most of the time. I honestly don’t think it provides much more benefit than the TENS units you can buy for much cheaper. It just has more bells and whistles.
