Please post questions regarding issues with indoor turbo trainers here
So I’m having issues with 1 min efforts indoors. If I use ERG the cadence is way too low to sustain. With ERG off and Wahoo Kickr resistance on highest setting I spin out and cadence is way too high. My only thought is to attempt the workout on a long virtual hill. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to find the right resistance for 1 min indoor efforts?
